tuesday challenge day and thoughts on class discussion

day i have studio have turned into personal fashion challenge days

 todays was a forall sweet classic drowned in pink and vinage assessories

i had just finished making this dress which was modified from the tunic pattern i made in pattern 1

the mac im on at the moment isn't letting rotate the pices at the moment sorry

i found it interesting that alot of people treated me like the pague, even people whose knew me where a bit titchly, i think it was the amount of pink but im not sure. i was mostly making a point about how this was a full co-od and most of the stuff i had worn before was casual co-ods, that and challaenging myself to co-od a full outfit and to try out the new sweet lolita trend.

i thought it was interesting in class how we talked about some proceses in designing,

most western lolita make their own petticaots and there is always a heaps of tutorials for bloomers and pettis aswell the endless hunt for the perfect ones,  mostly because the brand ones are like $200 nz for an AP petticoat.

and how with brand the print garments are very rarely washed due to the fact that they are printed and very few little is known about the effects of washing due to the price of some brand.
